What We Check
Seasonal maintenance focuses on operation and condition.
Inspect
Check overall system condition, accessible electrical components, wiring, motors, and signs of abnormal wear or heat.
Clean
Clean coils and accessible components as needed so dirt and debris are not needlessly hurting performance.
Measure
Check operating performance and temperatures to spot conditions that deserve attention before peak season.

What the plan means
How often do you come out?
The plan includes two maintenance visits per year, typically scheduled around the cooling and heating seasons.
What does “free service visits” mean?
Plan members receive the service-visit benefit described by First Call. Repair parts and other work are separate unless specifically included, with members receiving the plan’s 10% parts discount.
What if I have more than one HVAC system?
The first system is $150 per year. Each additional system is $50 per year.
Does maintenance guarantee the system will not break?
No maintenance program can prevent every failure. The goal is to reduce avoidable problems, improve visibility into equipment condition, and catch issues earlier.
